The fire place is in!
The mantel was just like a giant lego set with loads of pieces. With the aid of a tube of ‘Hard as nails’ this little kit was completed in a few hours. Looking forward to roasting a few marsh-mellows…

Skirting board fitting.
Managed to get the skirting in by screwing it onto the wall in the end. Makes a real difference to a room. Learnt a lot about mitring corners and also sustained my first DIY accident! Chuck of finger removed with a masonry nail and hammer, still it was my left hand so thats ok!

So with the bug of doing short run’s of products myself, here’s my production line of badges! Available in packs of 2 and produced in 3 series: ‘fantastic plastic 1’ & ‘2’ and ‘Untitled’. My thanks to Martine for the badge production.

I’ve lost count of how many scalpel cuts I got doing these but it was worth it 🙂

In true do-it-yourself style I’ve just finished designing and then producing 30 CD showreels for Lizzie, a voice over artist. There’s something fun about doing small run’s of hand finished products…
